With 4,000 hotel rooms within a few blocks of the Palais de Congres (Montreal Convention Centre), attendees will have tremendous options for accommodations. The 13 ICG team negotiated room blocks at four hotels in the immediate area to give attendees (a) multiple price points; (b) multiple hotel points systems; and (c) September 2026 room rates that are lower than 2024 rates at these same hotels.

Located 1 block from the Palais, the DoubleTree is connected to shops and restaurants at the Complexe Desjardins. It offers underground access to the convention centre and two metro stations. The renowned restaurant Bivouac is located in the hotel. Many meeting rooms are available in the hotel too.
