THE VENUE
Le Palais des congrès de Montréal (Montreal Convention Centre) is consistently ranked among the top convention centres in the Americas. It is also a carbon-neutral facility.
The Palais hosts significant international conferences and trade shows, is directly connected to 4,000 hotel rooms, and offers advanced technology tools and experiential services to enhance the exhibitor and attendee experience. The conference will offer hotel room blocks at four neighboring hotels. The contracted room rates are at a current market discount of ~25% less per night. The discount is forecasted to be even more significant by September 2026.
